Who we are

The Setúbal Encyclopedia (setubal.folkup.city) is a free, multilingual reference work operated as part of the FolkUp ecosystem. Editorial responsibility: the FolkUp Editorial Office.

What data we collect

The Setúbal Encyclopedia is a read-only static site. We do not:

  • Require accounts, registration, or sign-in
  • Set tracking cookies (see Cookies)
  • Collect personal information through forms (no contact form is present)
  • Use third-party analytics that profile individual visitors

What our hosting provider (Cloudflare) does collect as part of normal web traffic:

  • Request logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp)
  • Retained for operational and security purposes per Cloudflare’s privacy practices
  • Used to deliver the site and protect it from abuse

Your rights (EU GDPR)

If you live in the EU/EEA, you have rights under the GDPR including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. For requests related to this site, contact: [email protected].

Children

This site does not target children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

Changes

Material changes to this Privacy Policy will be marked with a new “Last updated” date and announced via the FolkUp Telegram channel.
