The Arrábida coast and the Sado River estuary offer some of the finest conditions for water sports on the Atlantic coast of Portugal. The turquoise waters of the Luiz Saldanha Marine Park, the calm estuary with its resident dolphins, and the beaches of Serra da Arrábida create a unique combination of nature and active recreation.
